- The Designer’s Eye: With a training in 3D Design and recognised as ‘Brussels’ Best Artisan’, I know how to structure, prototype and visualise. Whether designing a training programme, a ‘Made in Belgium’ product or a career path, I lay the solid foundations necessary for success.
- The Coach’s Heart: Certified in coaching, art therapy and diversity, I support emotional well-being, manage change and promote inclusion. I bring hidden talents to light and transform obstacles into opportunities.
My Journey: From Creation to Social Impact
- The Foundations (2000–2016): Founded Conceptual Jewelry & Creations. As the winner of the ‘Diamond Award’ and ‘Best Brussels Artisan’, I learnt about project management, product design and the importance of high-quality craftsmanship.
- The Emergence (2016–2021): Transition into support work. As a project manager at MAD Brussels and a trainer at Syntra, I discovered my calling in education and employment, setting up incubators for recent graduates and training craftspeople.
- Expertise (2021–Present): Freelance consultant (Munificent), job coach and inclusion project coordinator (IREC, Orientaeuro), recruitment and outplacement (SIA Partners, SBS Skillbuilders, Itinera, Stepchange and Metacoaching). I coordinate hundreds of training courses and support people on their path to employment, combining HR strategy with psychological wellbeing.
