With a background in design and over a decade in human resources, I bring a unique mix of creativity, structure, and empathy to my work as a career consultant. I help professionals navigate transitions, rediscover purpose, and reconnect with their energy because I’ve walked that path myself.

My Story: " Life is made out of cycles."

Years ago, I was a designer and had to stop my own business. The pressure of running a gallery and teaching, disconnected me from my own work. The creativity was there, but something deeper was missing. I realized I was no longer energized by what I was doing or how I was doing it. That discomfort turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to me.

I took a leap: I retrained, shifted into HR, and spent years learning how people grow, how they burn out, and how they find their way back to what gives them life. I worked for several talent management companies in Belgium. This journey shaped the core of my work today: helping others reclaim clarity, energy, and direction no matter where they’re starting from.

My Approach

My coaching is rooted in both science and creativity. I use structured, proven tools like the StepChange Model©, combined with intuitive and self-created methods to help clients:
